Located nine miles north of the Lihue Airport and fifteen miles
south of the world-class Princeville Resort, Kealanani is ideally
situated on the island of Kauai. Honolulu, Hawaii's business, cultural
and population center, is a twenty-minute jet flight away. The west
coast is five hours away, with direct flights from Lihue to Los
Angeles and San Francisco.
Kealanani lies in the heart of Kealia. With a population of just
over 500, this quiet, rural community is known for its friendly
residents who meet at the Post Office or the Kealia Country Store.
Owned and operated by the same family for ten years, the store offers
a small array of food staples and surf supplies, and an abundance
of small-town comfort.
Minutes away from Kealanani is the nearby town of Kapaa with its
inviting shops, boutiques, galleries, coffee houses, restaurants,
surf shops and supermarkets. Within short driving distance are the
magnificent Hanalei Valley, Kilauea Lighthouse and Na Pali Coast.
